LOUDFACE™ Big Face Cutouts: Sizing & Sheet Guide
LOUDFACE™ Big Face Cutouts are sold by the sheet, not by the piece — and understanding how that works makes it a lot easier to order the right amount for your section.
How Sheet Pricing Works
Each 48″×96″ coroplast sheet is $150 and fits a fixed number of cutouts depending on the size you choose:
- 16″ — up to 18 cutouts per sheet (as low as $8.33 each)
- 24″ — up to 12 cutouts per sheet (as low as $12.50 each)
- 32″ — up to 6 cutouts per sheet (as low as $25.00 each)
Every cutout you upload gets nested onto sheets automatically — if you upload 25 heads at the 16″ size, the builder splits that across two sheets for you. You don’t need to do the math yourself.
Which Size Should You Pick?
16″ is the best value per piece and works great when you want a lot of faces filling a fence line or a full row of the student section. 24″ is the middle ground — visible from across the field without dominating the shot. 32″ is for moments you want one or two faces to be unmistakably the focal point — senior night, a single standout player, a coach’s retirement game.
Getting a Clean Cutout
The single biggest factor in cutout quality is the photo you upload. A few rules that make a real difference: use a real photo from a phone or camera, not a screenshot; make sure the head fills the full height of the frame after zooming; face the camera directly if you plan to use Face Only mode; and avoid busy backgrounds, since they can leave stray edges in the final cut.
